New Delhi : Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party convener Arvind Kejriwal may have received relief in the ongoing Liquor policy scam case as Supreme Court granted him interim bail till June 1. It must be noted that certain terms and conditions have been attached to the interim bail.

1: Mr Arvind Kejriwal will have to submit a personal bond of Rs 50,000 before he is released from Tihar jail on interim bail.

2: The Aam Aadmi Party chief will not be allowed to attend his office and do official work. However, he will be allowed to campaign for the ongoing Lok Sabha elections.

3: In case of urgency, he can sign the official file only with the permission of Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena.

4: While he is out on bail, he is barred from making any official statement over Delhi liquor policy case allegations over him in the public.

5: Mr Arvind Kejriwal will not be allowed to contact any witnesses in the case.

6: Mr Arvind Kejriwal will have to surrender before Tihar jail by June 2.
